My work aims to equip students to have a positive impact both locally as well as globally. This OER was developed to help them think critically across multiple disciplines as they address real world challenges in food security, environmental quality, community development, and sustainability. Finally, this OER continues to evolve and grow each year as each class contributes to helping the next cohort learn by developing new content.
